Celebrate the Wonder of Christmas: Join Us for Cookies with Santa!

The twinkling lights are hung, the sweet aroma of cookies fills the air, and Christmas joy is spreading through our halls at WDS. We're delighted to invite our wonderful students and their families to a magical afternoon of "Cookies with Santa" on Friday, December 20th.

A Special Christmas Journey

Your little ones will embark on a delightful holiday adventure that combines the magic of Christmas with hands-on learning experiences. We’re even expecting a visit from Santa himself! Each child will have the opportunity to share their Christmas wishes and receive a special photo to capture this precious moment.

Festive Learning Stations

While waiting for their turn with Santa, children will rotate through our thoughtfully prepared activity stations:

  • Story Corner: Cozy up for beloved Christmas stories read by our wonderful parent volunteers

  • Cookie Decorating Station: Express creativity while decorating festive treats

  • Christmas Science Lab: Explore STEAM concepts through magical milk experiments, creating both chocolate and strawberry varieties

  • Sensory Play: Make and play with fragrant cinnamon play-dough, engaging multiple senses in holiday fun

The Spirit of Giving

In keeping with the true spirit of Christmas, we invite our WDS family to participate in making this event special for everyone. There are several ways you can play a part in the magic:

  • Volunteer as a story reader

  • Help at activity stations

  • Donate supplies for our crafts and treats
