Our mission at WDS is to cultivate a love for learning and a strong foundation for development in every child. Our focus extends beyond academic excellence to encompass social, emotional, and spiritual growth, fostering well-rounded individuals who are prepared to navigate the world with confidence and compassion.
Our Approach
At WDS, we believe in the power of play-based learning. We recognize that children learn best when they are actively engaged in hands-on experiences that spark their curiosity and imagination. Our curriculum, based on the Funshine Express Early Learning Curricula, is designed to provide meaningful and developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. Through play, children learn important skills such as problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and creativity, laying the groundwork for future academic success. Additionally, we integrate Conscious Discipline (R) practices throughout our curriculum, empowering children with the tools to navigate emotions, build positive relationships, and resolve conflicts peacefully.
